Its a bullshit company...pls dont join it..

I m in a project called IIMS..If any fresher is reading this pls dont join this project..

All the PL/GL are mf here..

Please dont join this company or else ur career will be ruined...u will be good for nothing even after 3-4 yrs of exp.

TCS is a shame to Indian society. They have policies like "no distance education", "no part time", "no year gap". They talk about reruiting true talents. Bullshit. In a country like India where people might study under immense difficulty. Enterpreneurs like Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Atul Jain would have never qualified to sit for their interviews....as either they didnt go to college or had looots of year gaps.....Its a shame that I am an Indian and my country has a company like TCS. Just imagine they dont even have faith upon themselves to EVALUATE in an interview the candidate. So, they need assistance from such bullshit HR policies where you can get a fake full time certificate from an anonymous college. They will trust that but not a valid distance education certificate.
